One of the owners of Paradise Sushi was trained by Hiroshi Hayacawa, the owner of one of the most successful sushi restaurants in North Lake Tahoe. There, he was the lead chef for 14 years.This is what lead to the opening of the first Paradise Sushi location in 2012 in Petaluma Ca.
